Where we ship
We currently ship to the following countries:
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
- United Kingdom
If your country is not listed, send us a note at hello@clogandcork.com and we will let you know when we expand.
Delivery times
Orders are delivered within 5 to 8 business days from the time your order is dispatched. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.
Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for us to pick, pack and hand your order to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and occasional delays can happen during peak periods, sale events or due to customs processing.
Order processing
Orders placed before our daily cut-off on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. The final cost is shown before you complete your payment.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we cannot take responsibility for orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately at hello@clogandcork.com and we will do our best to correct it before the parcel leaves us.
Duties and taxes
Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at hello@clogandcork.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
